Hey team, wanted to understand, the medical insurance that we give to employees, is that included as part of the employee's total CTC? Or is it accounted differently?

up to you / but most keep it separate

@Mugdha Vipin Nandurdikar we have also given it as a benefit to employees. which is not included in the CTC

We also have health insurance as benefit, not included in CTC.
