Hi, I’m in an IT product firm. We have freshers in tech roles like developers and testers with starting salary 35k ( ctc). I’d like to know the industry standard increment range after 1 year for those who start off with this salary. I am referring to employees who perform decently and meet expectations and also for high performers. Would be great if anyone can help. Feel free to DM as well.
