Male Employees will be granted paternity leave for 5 working days. The leave should be availed within three weeks’ time of the birth of the child. This will be applicable up to a maximum of two confinements.
You are allocated a total of 5 leave in a year beginning January 2023 till December 2023. You can consume this leave in the same year they are accrued/credited.
Applying for a Leave
Paternity Leave can be applied by you on your own or a manager can apply on your behalf."

08/17/2023, 2:38 PMHere in PH, Paternity leave can be allocated from the maternity leave amounting 7days. :) We do have 2 versions, One was available for the husband of the wife but the second and updated one can be availed by common law partner.
