Hi Everyone ! I'd appreciate if anyone could share what factors should be considered for "employee of the month" awards. Also, what is advisable people Team Leads nominating the team members or self nomination?

we use EngageWith for employee awards through nomination from Slack. @Megha

Couple of parameters we consider, 1. Performance - has exceeded expectations 2. Initiative & Innovation - sharing & implementing new ideas, achieved something beyond their responsibilities, Helped clear up collegeaues/teams task. Mentored and scaled team members, contibution to other projects 3. Collaboration

Hey @Khyati Garg These are few parameters that you can consider : • Execution • Communication • Willingness to Learn • Creativity • Working in a team You can define an eligibility criteria and ask the employee to nominate themselves.
