Hi All, I've been given a project to check with our competitors if they have given a pay rise in the last 6 months or about to have now. Am not sure how to get such information - open to suggestions. Pls help🙏

1. Identify your target audience 2. Create a google form or survey or poll 3. Share a brief to the audience , ensure to include all relevant information and confidentiality 4. Reach out through this community (#shameless-plug) or LinkedIn or any other way you see fit 5. Hope to get some good responses If you reach out to 100, you'd probably get 20-30 responses

Adding to it: • please keep the communication transparent in terms of the other party confidentiality maintained and whether the report will be shared with them or not. • survey questions should be based of the outcome you require. • the communication should be impactful.
