I would like to ask : Does providing salaries to folks on 10th or 4th/7th of next month helps in Employee giving the proper handover & reducing the unexpected resignation or it will be same if salaries are processed till 31st of the same month? {For sales , dieticians particularly}

@Osheen Mahant as per the labour laws, salaries need to be paid maximum by the 7th of the month.

I don't think the salary dates would reduce the unexpected resignation or proper handover.
