Want to understand how companies are doing performance evaluations - We have a long way to go to implement OKRs but want to move away from the entire calibration process, anyone here who are doing things differently?

In one of the client, the employee is asked to take feedback from 3 employees they have directly worked with. • In these 3 employees, one is a level below, another is peer and last is senior (not the direct manager). • Feedback includes 3 positive and 3 improvement areas. • HR inputs. I hope this helps.

@Wristy Interesting, would like to understand if this is time consuming, because I see in some of the organizations PMS compliance reminders are owned by HR's with manual intervention. I did not find it helping as it was consuming a huge amount of time in non-value adding task. Would like to understand if these 360 feedbacks that you mentioned face the same struggle?

At the Client, this is automated. The system send reminders at the time specified in the system. Also, the Leaders own the process, i.e., if any of their team member’s inputs are awaited it is the Manager/Leader responsibility.
