I have been shortlisted for the role of HR executive by a Company and they are providing me with a CTC of 4.5 LPA without PF.
However in my current organization i have a PF account.
1) Is it okay to join an organisation which has been in the market for more than 8+ years not having PF for its employees.
2) How do I proceed with my PF account since i will no longer be associated with my current organization.
Please advise

05/26/2023, 3:05 PMIf your PF was being deducted in your previous organization, then your current company must deduct the PF, though some companies ask the new joiners to fill the form, for not opting the PF. But I will strongly recommend you to go for the company which complained with the Statutory compliances.

1. It will be good to ask the company the reason to no PF after 8+ years. Based on the response, a decision should be made.
2. Make sure your current PF is linked to your UAN and KYC is approved. When you make a next switch, you can use the same UAN. Otherwise, you can withdraw the PF amount in case of any need as covered under the PF Act.
