@Rashmi Utnal when you finalise payroll, you edit the numbers for each employee. this opens a tab where you can add the variable component

So, the finalize payroll, does not actually run payroll right?

no, you have to then run payroll after finalizing it. You can check the Help/FAQ section on razorpay. they have detailed videos for everything
