Hello! Can anyone tell us how we can hire students from any colleges for the internship program? What strategies we can use to influence them? Will be thankful for the advice 💫

Hi Savi, we hired from Internshala. Paid a good stipend (above market rates). Interviewed them thoroughly for tech and non tech skills. All of them have now been converted into FT employees. Some perks that might have influenced them: • Flexible working hours • Remote • Education Reimbursement for any certification up to a certain limit

Hi Sharthok, thank you for the advice we surely now update this on Internshala. But, we have used other websites also like Internshalla but could not get a better response from there.

@Savi Garg - There are 3 approaches to go about doing the Campus / Freshers - Through Portals - Internshala / Firstnaukri Through Agencies - Upgrad and Aon both offer support to hire freshers Through a Campus Ambassador Program / Campus Engagement Initiative. - Many progressive organizations and startups have used this strategy to have a year long engagement, and keep in touch with the campus; and has to proved to be effective as well.
