05/22/2023, 3:13 PMHi Shyamala, I've found Naukri to be good for blue/ grey collar roles while Instahyre is good for tech roles. This is just my experience. It would heavily depend though what sort of roles you are hiring for.

05/22/2023, 3:19 PMWe have Predominantly tech roles niche skills. And very few non tech roles. WE are also plannign to hire freshers for tech roles. ..So which job board would be best. Those who chose instahyre.. do you miss Naukri?
