Hello all Any Accenture employee here? One of my friend had given an interview there and one recruiter has messaged her via WhatsApp asking for head to hip pic of her. I don't think this is the norm in any company.

I used to work with Accenture and this is definitely super shady. Please report this person to Accenture leadership.

I concur with @Sumit Singla. I have had the same request from a recruiter for Accenture. I connected with the Accenture HR and Hiring Manager directly and informed them.
