It is within 45 days from the last working day as per the current law. Codes are awaited.

Hi Sunita, what exactly are you looking for Wage code has been passed from centre but implementation is pending state wise so no link there.

that i know as of now Payment of Wages Act is in implementation and Wage Code is yet to be implemented. I am looking for legal document stating FnF settlement law
