Hey Folks, In my current company, We are planning to move some employee to Delhi and want to know, what would be the best amount for the relocation what are the other benefits we can give for the one who is moving. Looking for a insightful perspectives!!!

In one of my previous company, the relocation benefits have included the following: • travel to the new location for employee, spouse, children • Packing and moving service • 15 days hotel stay • support in house hunting Amount was upto INR 1.5 LPA

Some possibilities, you can offer 1 month's salary as a relocation fund, and if he is leaving the organization within a year, based on the months he has worked he has to settle the rest of the amount. Also, see that one month's salary has a range standard fixed. you can pay for the hotel and food stay (fix the max amount). For family, you can pay a one-time travel allowance (fix the max amount and people count). Moreover, you can consider paying them based on receipts submitted as reimbursement rather than paying in advance as a bonus
