@Tripta B Khanna you can classify people and their roles based on the following Framework 1. Governance (Board / CEO) 2. Strategy (CXO / Leadership) 3. Operation (Section / Sub Section Heads / Managers) 4. Transaction ( Individual Contributors) 5. Staff ( Physical Work)
