Hi All, In my company we have a probation period of 3 months post which an employee is confirmed full time.When we are sharing with them Confirmation letter (after completing 3 months of probation) , do we put a clause of probation period in the confirmation letter?

probationer is a full-time employee but might not be a permanent and regular employee. You have to mention the details on the agreement if not legal company cannot substantiate that employee is on probation and refer to shop and establishment act of your state and the industrial standing orders act

@tanisha malhotra Confirmation Letter is a communication to tell that the employee has sucessfully completed the probation period. Confirmation letter communicates - the date of completion of probation, revised designation if any, and if there are any changes in terms of the appointment - if they are not already mentioned in the appointment letter. If the Appointment Letter has already communicated the Changed Terms post confirmation, then no need to mention it again in the Confirmation Letter. Trust this resolves your query.
