Hello everyone! I would like to know which is a good HRMS platform for a company size of 150-300 that has good customisation and automation options, data analytics capability, performance management and engagement modules.

I would advise going with different platforms for performance management or engagement modules, for instance for performance mgmt, you don't need a great user experience as it used quarterly based and spent 2 - 5 minutes, For engagement such as surveys spend on slack integrations or better platforms that have better experience for the employees. or vice versa that has better metrics You can go with Zoho for HRMS, for LMS you can go with platforms originated from the West they have better offerings on compliance and mgmt training modules and partner with India based learning platforms for providing courses on LMS, for performance, you can go with Lattice or Ubs app

@Sai Venkata Vinay Chittuluru This will result in transactional time consumption by the HR as the employee data will be at multiple platforms online; to see the employee’s complete journey data from all platforms will have to be collected. Data security can also bee seen as a challenge. In my previous company, we were using Lever for hiring, Lattice for performance, gather for onboarding, Percipio for learning, CultureAmp for surveys, etc. Absolute integration of all tool became tough and each time we wanted to see an employee’s journey, we had to extract data manually from each tool and consolidated for actionable insights.

@Wristy Will actually differ here. Please take what I say with a pinch of salt since I'm the founder of a Performance, Development, & Engagement platform (Klaar). In my HRBP experience across 4 companies, I used all in one platforms thrice & best-in-class solutions once. I'd suggest best in class ones - they add lots more value if used properly. In all-in-ones, while there is breadth, they lack depth & customization. To add to the data point, most modules still don't speak with each other & function as silos. Best-in-class ones need to be integrated with each other 100%. And it can't be more than 3 or 4 - it gets crazy beyond that. But once it's integrated, the depth & customization + automations create amazing value

None of those. Most platforms are integrated with each other. if you are going w/ some other platform, they should be ready to integrate with API

That is the caveat not all platforms have API integrations with relevant partners!

Yes - that's an important caveat. If they are not ready to integrate, it's a no-go. CS is very important. E.g. In all our major customers, we integrate with platforms they use - there's no use if people have to do double work

Best In Class Platforms provide in depth and super results, however the integration and seamless extraction across various modules is time consuming as well as expensive. So based on your organization's requirement - 1. whether you can compromise on few features (read workaround on the processes or change HR processes based on the way the software operates) - then go for an integrated HRMS. 2. If you are looking for best in class results, and can have a dedicated resource to work on the integration and reports, then it will makes sense to go for stand alone software. Teams buy in and Management Support is essential in either case, and they should be clear on what they are getting into and what it requires to keep it going. As once you buy a software and then want to move out - it will result in wastage of time and resources. Some of the Integrated HRMS that you can look at are - 1. Workline 2. Darwin Box 3. Springverify (Of Course) 4. Success factor 5. Work Day
