@silita s - while choosing an ATS please evaluate the following pointers before finalizing on it -
1. Ease of Use.
2. Integration with various social media platforms
3. Possibility of Customization
4. Customer Support - (Very Important) - as the software might be great - but when it comes to trouble shooting or training or some customization - the provider should not end up doing a shoddy job.
5. Commercials. Some ATS state that they are free, however they are free only for a particular employee strength - post that they become paid.
6. Analytics - Should be able to provide you with Analytics on various lead and lag indicators.
7. Integration with other HR modules. So a company may start only with a Recruitment Module - however once it grows they want to avoid manual work of other processes like onboarding, lifecycle management, payroll, pms, lms etc. So some ATS have the capability to integrate with other Softwares - some dont, and some are rather expensive and time consuming to integrate with other modules.
Do keep in mind all these parameters before choosing an ATS.
Some of the ATS that I have evaluated at my end are -
1. Skilliate
