Hi everyone! We're setting up a learning and development program. I would like to know what is the role of the team leads in developing such programs? To what extend are they involved and are expected to contribute?

It probably depends on the company but a Tech lead/Tech Lead or even an engineering manager would know what skills the team would need to improve on and also they will very well know the application/product road map. They will surely have inputs.
