KEKA has certain set-backs when it comes to US payroll and compliance. Also, the response of customer support is not appreciative. I had to shift from KEKA to Zoho for the same reason.

We are using Deel for our employees/contractors located in India, US, Mexico, Cyprus etc. So far I have had a good experience, you can check it out.
