Hi All, could you please share if you have Night Shift Allowance in your org? If yes, how is it administered in case the org is working in Hybrid mode? Is it for the entire org or few functions only? Is a certain time defined for the night shift allowance?

Hi Swati, Night Shift Allowance is given to people who have to work in Night Shift - applicable to whichever function works in Night Shift. Please note that the logic applied is that they work for a location where the general payable salary is as per general shift or day shift; and working in Night Shift is considered as a Hardship - which requires the employee to stretch. We have considered 30% additional amount of daily salary to be paid as Night Shift Allowance - for the number of days the employee has worked in Night Shift.
