Hey Everyone! We are thinking of introducing a buddy system policy for all the new joiners. Does anyone have any relevant template/tips/insights. Anything helpful would be appreciated 🙂 Happy to connect over DM!

Hi Gayatri, We are following this practice in our organization. Below are the following pointers for the same. 1. Share a mail with the upcoming joiner 15 days before regarding introduction along with a picture of their supposed buddy. 2. Schedule a buddy E-meet before 03 to 05 days of joining. 3. Align Buddy with the new joiner for the first month 4. Schedule a meeting with Buddy and the employee after one month in order to get the feedback ( Organization, Mentor/buddy, HR, and Employee) Share the MOM with the manager

@Gayatri Rawat the buddy system differs depending on whether the company is hybrid or remote or on-site. It will be helpful to know yours.
