Hello Team, do anyone have work experience in handling job rotation for software engineers. Rotation should be quarter based or 6 months based? Should it be based on the front end, back end, testing roles or projects, or languages C# or Java? If we rotate every quarter, how do employees skill themselves to accomplish goals? Should they be informed beforehand and given time in the office to prepare the skills for the next assignment? How is it practiced in the industry and during the internship will there be any changes in the training if they are getting rotated?
