Team, Would like to understand some of the retention practices you have in place for hiring and training freshers. What sort of strategies help you to recover the training cost you spend on them and how do you ensure they stay back and be productive at least for year after training. We are planning to hire 20 freshers and train them.

Hi Shyamala, You can add a retention Bonus or milestone bonuses in the CTC of freshers. Ex : 2.5 L fixed + 1 L Retention Bonus if someone completes 1 year. or 2.5 L Fixed + 50K at the end of 6 Months and another 50K at the end of 1 year
