Hi, we are looking at revising our employee benefits, looking for suggestions on what more can be added. We currently have Uber & metro reimbursements, Gym subscriptions reimbursements, Netflix reimbursements, Udemy reimbursements for short term courses. We also have leaves (multiple categories), insurance in place. We also provide free lunch. Looking for some inputs.

Consider child care/support benefits to reimburse daycare fees/nanny charges/have an in-house child room as it adds value to the employee and his/her family life

We have a monthly $15 reimbursement policy for any book purchases and also cover up to 75k INR per year for childcare.

In addition to the usual GMC, we added wellness for mental health (unlimited 1-1 sessions with therapists), and dental and vision benefits as well.

Thanks @Vanitha Rangarajan - are the dental and vision benefits part of the same insurance provider or are there seperate vendors/partners? Also, would you be able suggest few names for corporate mental well-being companies.

YourDost and GoodLives for Mental Wellness. At 2 of my previous orgs - the team took a test run with YourDost and the adoption/feedback was not the best - so eventually this was removed.
If you have your insurance policy from Plum - they offer complimentary mental wellness sessions as a part of your plan. They also include Dental/Vision benefits as well. Been hearing great things about Nova Benefits as well.

No worries. At Carta - we use Modern Health for mental wellness - it's on the premium side. But do give it a shot :)
