Hello All, quick check, if someone joins the firm say on 2nd May 2022, will the variable pay out be of 10 months (completed months as of march 31st) or 10 months and 30 days basis the tenure in the organisation. Thoughts please.

@Isha Goyal In a similar situation, we usually pay for 11 months - from May to March.
