Hello everyone What are the ranges in hike generally given to support function in particular HR for this year.

It depends on the salary change in the previous year salary range based on that you can compute the the increment percentage. Let's say the mimunim salary is revised by 10% then increment will not go more than 10% and if they receive 5 ratingvthen thry eill receive 100% of 10%(increment) based on the change in the salary, you can calculate the increment
