Employees in one of my firms are given a budget of INR 1 Lakh for professional development. It could include a certification, diploma, or training. The criteria are successfully working for one year in the role, the learning should have an impact on the business, and a one-year stay after training.

Entitlement was same for everyone until the head role. Headcount was 1800+
