Hi all... please confirm ESIC is applicable for the salary 21k & below or 21k below ?? i can see online it says 21k and below are applicable and its 21001 then not applicable..

Hey @Dipali G ESIC is only applicable to those employees who are getting 21,000 or less as monthly wages.
