1. Basic salary
2. House rent allowance(HRA)
3. Other allowances:
a. Meal vouchers
b. Leave travel allowance(LTA)
c. Professional development
d. Telephone allowance
e. Internet allowance
f. Fuel allowance
4. Special allowance(Residual value = gross salary - all the above mentioned components)
Can include NPS(National Pension Scheme) if the organization is registered as a Corporate with NPS.

1. Books and Periodicals Allowance
2. Child Education Allowance
3. Uniform Allowance (if your company has a uniform for employees)
4. Car Allowance (for senior or high paid roles)
Please note, fuel allowance is usually a part of the salary if the employee is travelling due to office work or the job is onsite.
