yes, we use EngageWith Anonymous feature for this at Springworks We have created a dedicated #exec-ama channel on Slack, where employees can share feedback, ask Qs anonymously to the management Cc: @Abijith K @Abijith @Nisarg Shah

I believe this will be a first time survey, I suggest to keep few questions and around company values, leadership style, decision making manner, communication style, OKRs, similar.

Hello @Wristy 1. We are a japanese IT ODC based in Pune 2. Currently seeking feedback for Director, Head HR and Project Delivery head 3. No concerns, but we wanted to do a bottom to top feedback session as this role directly report to Japan counterparts, we also wanted to see how employees perceives these roles and their work.
