Scope This policy applies to all employees, contractors, and visitors on the company premises where CCTV systems are installed and operational. 3. CCTV System Guidelines 3.1. System Installation CCTV cameras will be installed in strategic locations to ensure maximum coverage of the workplace, while respecting the privacy of employees. Cameras will not be installed in areas where employees have a reasonable expectation of privacy, such as restrooms, changing rooms, or break rooms. 3.2. Signage Signs will be posted in visible locations to inform employees and visitors that CCTV monitoring is in place. The signage will include contact information for any inquiries related to the CCTV system. 3.3. Data Storage and Retention CCTV footage will be stored securely on a dedicated server with access limited to authorized personnel only. The data will be retained for a period of 30 days, after which it will be automatically overwritten, unless required for an ongoing investigation or legal purposes. 3.4.
