Hey All, Was looking at working on designing Stay Interviews to retain employees. Would love to know if any of you have worked on anything similar to this?

@Albus what are some questions to navigate conversation in an employee “Stay interview”? Make them interactive and persuasive
a
A "Stay Interview" is a proactive approach to engage with employees and understand their motivations, aspirations, and concerns, with the aim of retaining them within the organization. Here are some interactive and persuasive questions to navigate the conversation during a Stay Interview: 1. What aspects of your job do you enjoy the most, and what keeps you motivated to perform well? 2. Can you share a recent experience or project that made you feel proud and accomplished at work? 3. Are there any specific skills or talents that you believe are not being fully utilized in your current role? 4. What kind of professional development opportunities or training would you like to have access to in order to grow within the organization? 5. How can we better support your work-life balance and overall well-being? 6. Are there any challenges or obstacles that you feel are hindering your ability to perform at your best? 7. What aspects of our company culture do you appreciate the most, and what areas do you think could be improved? 8. How can we, as a management team, better support your career goals and aspirations? 9. Are there any changes or improvements that you would like to see in your work environment or team dynamics? 10. If you were to receive an attractive job offer from another company, what would be the main factors that would make you consider leaving our organization? Remember to actively listen, show empathy, and take notes during the Stay Interview. This will demonstrate your genuine interest in the employee's feedback and help you identify actionable steps to improve employee retention.

@Vaasavi V P - I do these for my team and keep them simple and open ended. However, I do count in a few themes around which top-5 questions are structured: 1. Positives: What has been going good for you since we last met? 2. Improvementss: Do you recall any instances that weren't the best or could have been different? 3. Team: How do you feel about the team you work with?; Do you get the right support on your dependent goals?; Are there any aspects of the team you would have liked to change? 4. Manager: How is your relationship with your manager?; Do you get enough feedback, or are you able to share enough feedback? 5. Appreciation/Recognition: Do you feel your efforts are acknowledged? Have their been instances when you felt your work wasn't being recognised? I usually go ahead with more probing questions wherever needed.
