I am looking for an Incentive plan for Talent Acquisition head. Currently we have options of 80% , 90%, 100% of Variable pay depending on performance. We do not have KPIs in place yet, we are building it. Do we have any other ideas or plans that actually work out to motivate and at the same time save cost for the company.
