Hello Everyone! Is there anyone who is using half yearly bonus policy? Also what are your thoughts around quarterly bonus vs half yearly vs yearly bonus. What’s the best one to keep the employee motivated

We have yearly bonus for all employees and quarterly bonus for the sales team.

We also have quarterly bonus for sales team. For other teams, it's half-annual or annual. I my opinion annual bonus is a part of long period retention plan
