Hello all Is there any rule about Basic pay percentage? Or it can be decided by company?

Generally, companies keep 40% of the gross

Hey @shraavani tulshibagwale The basic pay is 50% of the gross in Metro cities & 40% in Non-metro cities. Also, check out the New labor Code here to comply with it.
