Hey folks! How do you create and drive a company culture as an HR? While I understand it’s driven from top to bottom and also depends on your core team, but how do startups maintain that culture as the team size grows? How do you ensure a culture fit while hiring?

@Thirunarayan Sharma post reply in thread
“As per my understanding - Top to bottom approach makes a lot of difference --- 1. Approachable Leadership / Founders / CEO / CTO / COO’s / CFO’s ---- 2. Employee Friendly Benefits also talks a lot about a companies culture - Health Insurance that covers Self / Spouse and Parents --- 3. No Micromanagement - allow and encourage employees to take more of self responsibilities and just guide them through whenever its required ----- 4. No Blame Game and Politics --- 5. Work Life Balance is must ---- Event to know your employees Immediate family - 6. Fair PMS and fair hikes - 7. Mutually enterprising exit process” — @Thirunarayan Sharma’s reply
