Hi All, as a fresher i have a question. If im going for HR executive or HR generalist role what all things i should be aware of and what all labour laws im expected to be aware of if im going for an interview in an IT company .What should i focus more on?

You have to study laws related to "Shops and Establishment Act" of whichever state you belong too.
