Hi All, We would like to incorporate Car lease under FBP to give better tax benefits for employees. This is not approved by the stakeholders. In case of any accidents, the liability is on the organisation and hence they do not want to go ahead with this option. So my query is, how are other companies giving this option please? I know Myntra and netapp have this component under FBP. Please let me know and thank you in advance

Car lease policy benefit is benefit for commodity and not for individual life. This is the only benefit under non life . This particular policy covers pros n cons for commodity right from buy back option to depreciation or retirement benefit but it does not cover anything related to individual life
