Is there anyone who is using any platform for assessment tests (not a technical one) for hiring? Also want to understand if it actually does a value addition in hiring or not.

We do take assessments for non-tech roles, such as sales, marketing, etc. These are case scenarios provided to them to revert to understand their level of problem solving, flexibility, so on. In mid and senior roles, the candidates have to present their case study to a team.
