Hi TheirStack team, I’m having a billing/credit issue and have also opened support ticket #577. I purchased 1,500 API credits for US$49 today (14 Aug 2026) and the payment was successful, but my workspace still shows only the Free plan balance of 200 API credits, with 193 already used. I also checked the billing endpoint directly:

GET /v0/billing/credit-balance

and it still returns:

api_credits: 200

used_api_credits: 193

So the additional 1,500 paid credits do not appear to have been provisioned to my workspace yet. Workspace ID: 193604 Invoice: TS-10458 Could someone please check this for me? I’m currently blocked from continuing my API data collection. Thank you!
