We deliberately did not tackle secrets in stores, but they weren't designed with that in mind.

Instead, we want to introduce secrets as a first class concept

as DAG is merged, do you need a hand in implementation/testing of secrets management for GCP? can I create stacked PR on top of 1911 with GCP wiring or better wait for it to be merged first?

I am inclined to merge mine; but you can start by stacking
