This cat is out of the bag; it's not going back to how it used to be. Open Source is at risk, but so is everything else. The law will always lag behind, but it will catch up.

Actually with regards to BSL, couldn't we take everything that is BSL, have 1 AI write a spec against it and then have another AI implement the spec? essentially a clean room technique using two AI agents.
