Hi Linda, While we don’t provide a way for this out of the box, it might be possible to track pages with Google Analytics or other custom scripts. I would suggest reaching out to a Stacker expert to see if they could implement that for you.

@sticky-night-20812 built something for analytics using PostHog - check out the post here: https://community.stackerhq.com/t/adding-tailor-made-analytics-to-your-stacker-apps-using-posthog/501 Here's Ambroise's Expert page.

@abundant-spoon-59344 Here is some documentation about how my PostHog integration works and what you can get out of it 🙂 https://dna-pc.notion.site/Stacker-essentials-analytics-using-PostHog-e8d508f9fbda43f7a3d14b522521d84b

@sticky-night-20812 I just want to check one thing with you. If we were to go with PostHog would you be able to configure it so that when a user clicks on record in a Stacker List view we can make a call to a Make Web hook that will send an email to someone?
s
@abundant-spoon-59344 You don’t need PostHog to do that, I usually use custom JS for this. But it seems PostHog can indeed be used for this. I’ve never used that feature, though. https://posthog.com/docs/integrate/webhooks/message-formatting
But if your goal is to simply send an email internally when a record is visited, then the Subscription feature might be what you need https://posthog.com/manual/subscriptions

Thanks, I will take a look at those links. Our use case is that our Stacker app is used for creating quotes for customers and then we have a customer portal for the customer to see their proposal. What we want to do is notify the agent who did the quote when a customer has visited the page with the quote. Our external customers access our portal with a magic link which we email to them.
s
Well, the second link (Subscriptions) might do exactly what you need, it’s a good starting point I believe, for you.

Thanks!
