Hi @fierce-magazine-93673 While it’s not possible to limit selectable options, you can vote for the feature on our feedback board. What you could perhaps try is to make a new dropdown field that would contain only the options you want the users to select, and then make a formula field that would calculate the role based off of the hidden field you will use for super users, and this one. You would then use the formula field for role assignments.

I’ll try that. Didn’t know I could use a formula based role. Would I have a 15 min delay between the time the user submits the form, Airtable processes the formula call, and then stacker gets the updated formula output ?

@fierce-magazine-93673 Formulas should be calculcated pretty much instantly, as soon as the form is submitted. That said, any role changes that use automatic role assignments are not instant due to the role caching we do in the app—there will be a 5 or so minute delay.
