Using Google, I’d create contacts through Zapier/Make (I guess, never tried). I guess something similar is doable with Apple.

I tried setting up a Zap to create contacts in MS 364 People because those sync with iPhone nicely. I just couldn’t get it to work. The devil is in the details of trying to get it to update a contact if something was changed in Airtable. I.e someone has a new phone number.
