Our app was broken today because the airtable base somehow disconnected on its own, we had to “repair” to fix it. As I understand these things may happen, I don’t understand why there is no monitoring to warn us when it does.

Hey Ambroise, I understand the airtable connection breaking is frustrating and we do not have a way to notify you directly. As of right now we have added a notification on the bottom left (the yellow !) that will appear when the Airtable is broken. I get this is not the same as admins are not always in the app to notice, our team is aware of this request as well!
