๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿป Hi @gifted-leather-56422 Is it a defined list of users you're working with or are you happy with anyone with a registration link to sign up? One thing you could do in the latter case is to enable a relatively recent feature, Open Signup, and include the registration link to your workspace in the onboarding email you send.

Hello @sticky-area-45739! Sadly, itโ€™s the former, we pre-create all the accounts for our clients, and then want to inform them about it, with an included intro email (with instructions and videos on how to use the system). Do you have any ideas how can we solve it? ๐Ÿค”

No workarounds are coming to me immediately, but I'll have a think and get back to you. Hopefully someone in the community will have a suggestion. You could add your views to this open feature request.

Thank you! The only one so far I have thought of, is to have 2 emails, which is not a great option to have..
