You may already have got this far, but thought I’d throw it out there. I don’t think so, but you can make it so that the user doesn’t have to select anything - it’s all pre-selected. So it then turns into a “You’re sure you want to?” rather than “What do you want?”

I suppose you could have the action button trigger a Zap in Zapier that updates the record to bypass the confirmation step. Could get expensive in terms cost of zaps, though.
