Sorry, folks! We’ve been looking into what might be preventing emails from going through from our provider in some cases. There isn’t any news to share at this time, but we’re on it.

We believe we have a fix, and are working on releasing it.
Fix is now live, and it seems to be working in all our tests. To those who have reached out with a ticket, I will let you know there too.
For anyone stumbling upon this thread: this issue was caused by an update to one of the services we use to run Stacker—we didn’t anticipate this update as a potential risk, and I’m sorry about that. We will look to be more vigilant, and we’re growing our automatic test suite with every passing day. A few months ago we hired a wonderful QA who has already vastly improved our confidence when releasing updates, but we still have work to do. Thanks for your patience with us—issues are the last thing we want to see and we’re working very hard to avoid them.
